Here are the prerequisite class materials to get you prepared for upcoming hands-on TaoTouch Chi Nei Tsang classes, especially before you take Fundamentals for the first time. But also for everyone to study and keep on reviewing. It takes time and repetition to integrate all this... and really, it goes deeper forever. Enjoy!

TaoTouch Chi Kung - from Spring 2023 & Spring 2024

REQUIRED for those taking Fundamentals of CNT.

Includes two courses as, while there is some overlap, they have some different information and practices.

Also to help better learn and integrate the material in preparation for hands-on courses.

Spring 2023 course was six sessions; Spring 2024 was four sessions.

Registration gets streaming of the 10 class sessions, plus downloadable notes and resources.

For October 2025 students, this course is after the training retreat so don't worry about it. You should still take it after our the training retreat though! :)

Yes, oen or two of these sheets are in French- just use the diagram and you can cross reference other versions in English. These diagrams are more accurate as it depicts living humans, as opposed to many that are drawn from cadavers.

​

Also please look up basic abdominal anatomy plus nervous system, endocrine system, etc on your own. Gilles will not be going over basic anatomy in class.

Don't stress about reading the entirety of both books beforehand if you don't have the time. The most helpful are the illustrations in the middle of Five Elements, Six Conditions. Do what you can. You will be reading further and reviewing for years to come ;-)​
