Learn from the best! Gilles Marin introduces us to his secrets of healthy and delicious home cooking. Most cooking classes are from the mindset of professional chefs in a commercial kitchen. However Gilles teaches simple, at home cooking, geared towards everyday life in regular kitchen setups. He shows us basic recipes such as omelettes and crepes, with a few fun items including fried bananas and flambé! He shows us tips, tricks, and how easy it can be to cook wholesome, nutritious and scrumptious meals at home in a practical, sustainable way.
Gilles brings to us his knowledge and wisdom from his heritage in French, Asian and California cuisine, while imparting his expertise in a Taoist approach to holistic healing from within.
As cooking and digesting food are very much how we "cook" and "digest" emotions, this class teaches us both the physical and metaphysical at once.
This course is accessible and open to people of all levels, including practitioners, students, clients and even anyone not familiar with Taoism or healing practices.
