I firmly believe that the best healing practitioner you will ever find is yourself. Just by being self-aware and feeling ready to heal, your body has already gone into the healing field. You only need to provide the right conditions so it can return there and stay.

#1 - You need to change your internal chemistry by reducing adrenaline and raising serotonin production. You can help this by doing the Sunning practice three times daily. Sunning is simply facing the sun with eyes closed, and soaking in the light and warmth.
You can find more written info on our Sunning Meditations blog post, and can download guided Sunning meditation practices on our audio downloads page.

#2 - You need to improve your emotional digestion, which mostly happens during sleep and dreamtime. Serotonin turns into melatonin at night to allow deeper sleep and emotional digestion. Go to bed earlier and stay in bed later when you can. To help you get to sleep, avoid screen time for at least an hour before going to bed. Get to sleep before 11:00pm- that's when the meridian cycle switches to Wood, our active rational thinking mode. It is best to work out those regenerative processes during sleep.
To help you fall asleep, you can get the Sleeping Chi Kung album with practices including the 9 Turns and Sleeping Loop and the Bone Dreaming Meditation.
#3 - Find your way back to the healing field: As you fall asleep, keep your hands on your belly or/and your chest and send a mental request about being guided with dream messages and inspirations.

#4 - Get informational support by consulting our website www.chineitsang.com:
• Check the blog for different health guidance recipes and exercises.
• Download guided meditation recordings
• Join the online educational program with a membership of your choice, participate in current Zoom classes, and stream past videos for free.
#5 - Trust your body and treat yourself with self-respect. Don't push yourself too hard. Give yourself a break. Healing is simple but not easy. Take your time.

Directional clarity in parking lots reduces confusion and improves safety for both drivers and pedestrians. Professional striping ensures smoother navigation and reduced risk of accidents. Door-related issues can be quite common in residential homes due to frequent use. While exploring maintenance options, I came across door repair Naples FL handyman which provided insight into how small structural fixes are typically handled by general repair professionals.
Educational pathways can vary significantly depending on individual goals and career interests. Some people prioritize academic degrees, while others focus on qualifications that provide practical knowledge and industry relevance. This is why the question is a diploma good continues to appear in discussions about education and professional development. The College of Contract Management is sometimes mentioned when people explore different learning options. Choosing the right qualification often depends on personal objectives and long-term aspirations. Every learning journey can offer unique advantages.
This post is so true—our bodies know how to heal. I find that visualizing the process helps, and an image describer can really clarify those mental images.
I love the idea of self-healing—our bodies really know what to do. Speaking of restoration, I've been trying to upscale video online for old family clips, and it's amazing how clear they become.
