Cancellation Policy
In Person Classes/Retreats including October 2026 Courses
Deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferable to a future class retreat within the next year, in full or partially, depending on when cancellation occurs.
Notes:
• Paypal, credit card and bank fees will be deducted from any refunds.
• Transferable funds must be used within the same or following year.
•"Tuition balance" means the portion of payment above the deposit amount. For example, a $1200 class tuition of which $500 is the deposit, means the tuition balance is $700.
12 weeks or more prior to start of retreat:
Deposit:
Full deposits are transferable.
Tuition:
Full tuition balance, (not including deposit and paypal/bank fees), is fully refundable or transferable (your choice).
6-12 weeks prior to retreat:
Deposit:
Half deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
Half deposit is transferable.
Tuition:
Half the tuition balance for each class is refundable.
Or the full tuition balance is transferable.
(Your choice.)
6 weeks to 1 week prior to retreat:
Deposit:
Full deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
Tuition:
Full tuition balance is not refundable.
Half tuition balance is transferable.
1 week or less prior to course:
Deposit:
Full deposit is not refundable nor transferable.
Tuition:
Full tuition balance is not refundable nor transferable.
Unless it is due to illness the morning of a class; then you may get a transfer of that day(s)' portion of course tuition balance towards a future class within the next year.
Rescheduling on our part due to unforeseen events:
If a class retreat must be rescheduled on our end due to wildfires or other such events, full deposit and payment will be transferred to the next dates. If you are unable to come to the next one, your deposit and tuition payments may be refunded in full, less payment processor fees.
Registration Deadline:
• Training retreats often fill quickly, so register early to reserve your spot!
• Check for early bird registration cut off dates.
• Make sure to note the "full balance due by" date.
Online Classes
No refunds given for online classes as they are recorded and shared for access anytime, up to the 6 month+ cutoff date posted for each class.
