Treatments are Tuesday through Friday by appointment only.

A session begins with you relating your health concerns to the Practitioner as you lie comfortably on your back, legs supported, belly exposed, on top of a massage table. (Please wear comfortable loose clothing and eat and drink normally before your appointment - do not fast.) The Practitioner will begin the treatment with gentle and precise touches to your abdomen to discern the best way to help you feel better, as they guide you in breathing into the areas they are working with. You may experience a deep sense of relaxation and connection with yourself on a physical and emotional level during the treatment. The Pracitioner then concludes the treatment, giving you advice and simple self-help care that you can do at home before your next appointment to maintain well being.

Cost: $160
A full hour including therapeutic manipulations, healing session and instruction. By appointment only.

Private Sessions with Cynthia Astuto
Cost: $100
One hour session with certified staff practitioner, includes assessment, therapeutic manipulation, and self-help instruction. Cynthia is also a Reiki practitioner and may include Reiki in your session if appropriate and agreeable to you. By appointment only
