An introduction to Taoist Medicine and the principles that have ruled Traditional Oriental Medicine for thousands of years through the practical use of chi exercises (Chi-Kung) and the gentle and precise touches applied to the abdomen’s internal organs for physical, emotional and spiritual healing, well being, disease prevention and longevity. Chi Nei Tsang is the ultimate step for good health, fitness and life enjoyment.
During this hands-on workshop you will learn:
- A full body detoxifying routine including treatment for gallstones, kidney stones and parasites
- Manual techniques to improve digestion and assimilation and alleviate constipation
- Dietary balance to improve, prevent and help reverse hypoglycemia and diabetes
- How to deal with abdominal pain including irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual cramps, endometriosis & fibroids

Class Times
We start at 7:30am with morning Chi-kung except for the first morning, which begins with open circle at 9:30am after registration. Class times: Morning Chi-Kung: 7:308:30 am, Morning: 9:30am12:30pm, Afternoon: 2:005:30pm and Evening: 8:009:00pm. Last class of each segment ends at 12:30 pm.

Extras
Please bring: a flashlight to use on the trails at night, and in the carpeted sleeping area (so you do not disturb others after 10pm), plenty of towels, a swim suit if you are shy about the clothing-optional pools, rain gear (boots for mud), waterproof tents and tarps if camping outdoors, sunscreen/hat, hiking shoes/boots, earplugs (students have been known to snore at night). No camp stoves, candles/open flames, incense allowed at any time due to fire hazard.
