Harbin Hot Springs is replete with outdoor warm, hot and cold natural spring fed pools + swimming pool and showers; clothing-optional redwood sundecks, sauna (+ pool areas); restaurants, lodging, indoor and outdoor camping occupying 1160 acres of rolling hills transversed with hiking trails and babbling brooks. With abundant wildlife and flora and surrounded by undeveloped woodlands, Harbin Hot Springs is 90 miles north of San Francisco (just north of California’s wine country). Between class time, relax in the soothing waters while gazing at the sky/stars, treat yourself to the healing arts of Harbin’s own WATSU® (in-pool water shiatsu), cranio-sacral balancing, foot reflexology, European facials, herbal linen body wraps, aromatherapy, or live music on weekend evenings. There are also plenty of outdoor places for morning meditation under oak or walnut trees or beneath the California sky.
