Allow me to guide you in reestablishing intimacy with your life with the transformative healing arts of Chi Nei Tsang and Cranio Sacral Therapy. Let your spine unwind, pain dissipate and your jaw hang freely with Spino-Mandibular Equilibration®. Enjoy a true sense of satisfaction by eating seasonal, whole foods prepared simply as your ancestors did, so your offspring may thrive creatively on this Earth with simple recipes I've created.
Chi Nei Tsang increases the chi or energy of your internal organs. Gentle and precise touches to your abdomen enable your organs to perform better and aid the digestion of emotions stored in tissues. This self-help healing art addresses: fatigue, chronic and acute skeletal pain or sexual organs dysfunction: painful periods, fibroids, endrometrois, infertility, breast and ovarian cysts, and prostate problems.
"Feel-Better-Bear" and "Belly-Bear" and I love working with children: we play at feeling better fast!
At the end of each treatment, I give instruction for self-care, chi-kung practice or tonifying soups and stews recipes to be cooked effortlessly in a crockpot, to facilitate healing between visits. |
