decompress™ evolved as a consequence of my own personal need for a healthier lifestyle. My career in commercial animation in New York was inherently stress-ridden. To counter the effects of 18 hour days and all-consuming deadlines, I sought out stress reduction in massage therapy. The personal results proved so beneficial that I decided to change my professional career to the Healing Arts.
