I first became interested in holistic healing back in the early 1980's although at the time I did not know what it was called. Having lived and worked in Indonesia and Taiwan during that time piqued my curiosity about Eastern philosophies and healing arts. When I finally returned to the U.S., I began to search for a holistic approach to improve my own health and well-being. This search led me to self-hypnosis, meditation, cranio-sacral therapy, Reiki, and ultimately Chi Nei Tsang. I have found that a daily practice incorporating Chi Kung, Chi Nei Tsang, meditation, and Reiki has positively affected my life and enabled me to strengthen and cultivate my personal Chi. With a stronger personal Chi, I am better able to access the Cosmic, Universal and Earth Chi on a much deeper level, and thus provide you with the energy and support necessary for your own healing. More than 25 years of experience as an educator and workshop/healing facilitator has provided me with a strong foundation, enabling me to empower you on your path of self-healing, self-discovery, and increased awareness.

I teach the following workshops:

• Chi Nei Tsang Fundamentals Weekend Series Workshop - satisfies requirements for one CNT Fundamentals workshop for practitioner certification
• Reiki Levels I, II and III (Master Training)
