In my practice I evaluate and treat the whole body using both Chi Nei Tsang and Cranio-Sacral therapy. I particularly love working with Chi Nei Tsang as it gives me access to the abdomen in ways that other techniques don't allow. Using chi kung to sink into
the depths of the viscera, I follow their patterns and assist in
releasing tensions that can cause dysfunction. I also address the
cranial, lymphatic and fascial systems in the attempt to integrate
all parts of the body. Healing power comes from within the
individual and therefore I try to create an enviornment in which
they have the opportunity to find that inner wisdom. My practice is
often focused around working with a person's structural system as
well as emotional and spiritual elements. Creating a safe space for
healing is my commitment to working with people. I am deeply
involved with the Chi Nei Tsang and Cranio-Sacral communities and
find that through bodywork there is a wealth of healing potential.
I enjoy working with people that are interested in self discovery.
I often work with women dealing with menstrual cramps, infertility,
pregnancy and post-partum issues. I have experience using
Cranio-Sacral therapy with children and find often that there is a
great connection between children and their parents. Working with
the family as a unit is rewarding and sucessful. However, I have no
specific preferences and keep open to people in all phases of life!
