I practice daily Yoga and meditation. I include the healing sounds, inner smile, fusion, bone breathing, and incorporate many of the Taoist meditation/Chi Gong into my weekly practice. I include CNT self massage in my self love program. My healing philosophy mostly reflects the Chi Nei Tsang philosophy for healing including the six stages of healing. I also implement the Five Element Theory in my personnal wellness plan and in working with others.

My sessions are Holistic in nature. They address the physical, emotional and spiritual componants of integrative wellness.I support clients with a range of healing modalities incorporating, Yoga Therapy, movement, meditation,breathe, nutrition, as well as emotional and spiritual rebalancing. My intention is to assist clients in feeling and integrating unprocessed tensions held within the body/being.

I work with a large variety of clients. Typically I do not work with patients diagnosed with cancer, ulcers, tumors, or any contraindicated conditions for Chi Nei Tsang.
