Universal Healing Tao is a 2-day immersion in the traditional Taoist energy enhancing practices of Chi Kung. These ancient methods powerfully harmonize one’s energy systems. You will learn the Microcosmic Orbit with its seven levels of individuation, the Six Healing Sounds and the Inner Smile, Bone-Marrow Nei-Kung and Healing Buddha Palms among other exercises.

This class is open to all those interested in immensely improving their health and well being, in addition to assisting others. It is an excellent introductory class for those seeking understanding of health and healing from a non-medical holistic perspective. For practitioners, these extra-ordinary practices will allow extraordinary results when applied during healing sessions.

Benefits of Chi Kung meditations and exercises include avoiding burn out, greatly improving health conditions, recycling negative energies out of treatments, and using our healing art to heal ourselves and grow spiritually. No previous experience is required.

Universal Healing Tao is an excellent prmer to further study of Chi Nei Tsang, and is the prerequisite for CNTI’s Fundamentals of Chi Nei Tsang classes.
