No Prerequisite
An introduction to Taoist Medicine and the principles that have ruled Traditional Oriental Medicine for thousands of years through the practical use of chi exercises (Chi-Kung) and the gentle manipulation of the internal organs for physical, emotional and spiritual well being, disease prevention, and longevity. Chi Nei Tsang is the ultimate step for good health, fitness, and life enjoyment.
During this workshop you will learn:
• Earth Relationship Chi-Kung, the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation, the Five Elemental Forces and Inner Smile Meditation, The Bone Marrow Nei-Kung and Healing Buddha Palms Chi-Kung
• A full body detoxifying routine including treatment for gallstones, kidney stones and parasites
• Manual techniques to improve digestion and assimilation and alleviate constipation
• Dietary balance to improve, prevent and help reverse hypoglycemia and diabetes
• How to deal with abdominal pain including irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual cramps, endometriosis and fibroids
• How to correct chronic back problems caused by visceral imbalance
• How to perform a 1 hour Chi Nei Tsang treatment on yourself and others by the end of the training
