Chi Kung and Taoist Meditation Class

Chi can be described as energy and information, Kung as mastery. In this class, we will practice easy to learn Chi Kung exercises to increase the flow of Chi, address blocked energy and increase awareness. We will also practice movement and seated Taoist meditations for relaxation, connection with the sources of Chi, emotional processing and to balance the five elements. Most Taoist meditations actively direct the mind to focus attention in the physical body. From these exercises and meditations, students will be encouraged to begin a daily practice.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and non-skid socks or slippers.
